1. General Rules
-I, the artist, reserve the rights to update my TOS at any time with no notice. Your commission will fall under the version of the TOS when you commissioned
-I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
-All payments are done via and only Paypal. I will be sending invoice to the commissioner's email.
-I, the artist, mainly draw furries, scalies, and pokémon. The commissioner will accept that any commission outside of such will potentitally get declined.
-The commissioner will agree that should they have yet to respond to my DMs regarding progress, the work put towards the art commission will be indefinitely on hold until the commissioner responds to the DM of the update.
- The commission queue won't be a first come first serve, and new commissioner will be prioritized over repeat commissioners to give them a chance.
- The artist reserve the rights to put working on commissions on hold for any reason.2. Commission Process
-I, the artist, reserve the rights to post the commission should the commissioner choose to not make the commission private.
-Commissioner should inform me in advance if they wish for the commission to be private and unpublished on twitter.
-I, the artist, reserve the rights to post the twitter @ of the commissioner in the trello unless the commissioner wishes for it to be private, which then I will need to use an alias for such.
-Pricing that is shown on the commission sheet isn't final. I, the artist, reserve the rights to increase or decrease the pricing depending on the complexity of the commission.
-Commission will only begin worked on the moment the payment has been given. Commissioner has the rights either pay in advance or pay when it's their turn in the queue, but I, the artist, will not start working on it until payment has been done.
-You can request a maximum of 2 edits, however, changes that are asked by me does not count.3. Refund/Canceling
-Refund will be based on the progress of the commission should the commissioner canceled. Refund will be based the difference on the price and the nearest equivalent of the price
-Do not use paypal chargeback. I, the artist, will transfer the amount of money agreed upon.
-If I, the artist, am not able to finish a commission for any reason, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and issue a refund based on the progress of the commission.4. Copyright and Usage
- Commissioned artwork is not allowed for commercial use. Reupload of the artwork is allowed but only with credits to me as the others.
-I, the artist, retain artistic rights over the commissioned artwork and is allowed to publish it online and use for portfolio (Should the commissioner choose not to make the commission private)
- I do not consent with my art being used for any AI or Non Fungible Project.
